You are invited to check out my new Trails on Sunset Lake page.  There are many new, exciting details with this new subdivision.  Boasting a 10 acre lake and an abundance of green space, it is truly raising the bar for Bloomington/Normal development.

The Village at Prairie Vista is still vigorously under construction. If you've driven on Morris Avenue beyond Hamilton Road, you've probably seen that we have two buildings completed, and another building out of the ground. Our models are now open at select times, check the Home Market for dates and times. We still have many units available with both walk-out and look-out basements.
